IMBA is ISO 9001:2015 certified. What does that mean in practice?
 

Eighteen years ago, we started with a simple assumption: if we take on a project, we deliver it. Fully, on time, exactly as agreed. Over time, that assumption became our company culture, our way of hiring, our training standard, and the foundation of every client conversation.
Today, we can say that someone from the outside checked and confirmed it. IMBA has received the ISO 9001:2015 certificate awarded by Bureau Veritas.
 

What is ISO 9001:2015?

ISO 9001:2015 is one of the most recognised quality management standards in the world, developed by the International Organization for Standardization. Bureau Veritas, one of the most prestigious certification organisations in the world, independently verified our processes and confirmed that they meet the highest industry requirements.
A company that receives this certificate must prove that its processes are repeatable, documented and effective, regardless of the scale of the project or the person leading it.
 

What does this mean for our clients?

We document every stage of our work together, from the first brief to the last hour on site. We continuously train our team and draw lessons from every task, because that is the culture we have been building for eighteen years. We deliver the same quality whether we are running one event or several at the same time.

Why does this certificate matter in the event industry?

In technical event production, you usually get to know how a partner works during the project itself. ISO 9001:2015 changes that dynamic.
